George and Susan Mortenson, Selby, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Mortenson, to Garth Swenson, son of Kent and Gay Swenson, Woonsocket.
Sarah is an A/R specialist at Navigant Consulting, Mitchell. Garth farms in Woonsocket.
Sarah is the grandaughter of  Sam and Anna Bell Mortenson and Virginia Hinsz, both  of McLaughlin.
Garth is the grandson of Colleen “Coke” Swenson of   Woonsocket.
An Oct. 13 wedding is planned in Woonsocket.
