A celebration in honor of the 106th birthday of Ann (Zoss) Roberts was Sept. 29 in Prairie View Care Center. Ann is the great aunt of Dotty (Adolf) Zoss and Becky (Louis) Hein. She is pictured here with her large extended family, who attended the birthday party.
Ann is one of three centenarians currently living in the home. Gladys Kruse will be 101 in March and Rozella DeVries is 102.

The Woonsocket walker, Bill Fagan of Woonsocket, R.I., visited the residents in Prairie View Care Center upon the finish of his four-year, 1,700-mile walk between the sister cities. Fagan and his wife, Janice, visited on Thursday following a grand welcome at the edge of town by the school faculty and students. He and his family, who flew in for the occasion, stopped in again on Saturday and visited with some of the residents.
