The Blackhawks are 14-6 heading into the District 9B Tournament after a big 76-56 Monday night win over Bridgewater-Emery.
Nick Miller led the Hawks in scoring with 19 points and also grabbed four rebounds.
Davion Brooks racked up 17 points and Tucker Kingsbury added 12.
SC/W went 27-of-49 from the field and 19-of-28 from the stripe. The Blackhawks took good care of the ball with just seven turnovers. They had 20 rebounds as a team.
B-E’s Clayton Dye had the game-high 25 points, along with 10 rebounds. The Huskies went 21-of-50 from the field and 12-of-24 from the line. B-E (6-13) had 16 turnovers and 22 rebounds.
SC/W will enter Districts Saturday with a 14-6 record.
The Hawks also won the JV game, 55-38.
