The Blackhawk boys, seeded third in the 281, won an easy battle over sixth-seeded Wessington Springs Saturday in Wolsey.
Tucker Kingsbury had a game-high 25 points to lead his team to a 84-45 win. Tyler Krueger added on 16 points as the Hawks showed their depth with 12 players scoring points.
The Spartans were led by Zach Paulson with 13 points and Jevon Hohn with 10.
The Hawks (7-0) moved on in the tournament to meet No. 1 seed and third ranked James Valley Christian Tuesday night.
