Marissa Weber and her sharp shooting broke Woonsocket School’s girls basketball three-point record this past Jan. 18 during the Hanson Classic game versus Warner.
The previous record was held by Emily Olson and stood at 126 since Emily’s senior year in 2011. Weber, a senior for the Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Blackhawks, currently has 141 three-point goals in her career with one regular season game and the post-season to go.
