What a treat the Artesian First Lutheran Quilters had when guest quilter, Gwen Effling, brought two holiday quilts she had completed for show and tell! How beautiful they are! Those attending on Wednesday evening were:  Judi Larson, Tambi Wormstadt, Jerolyn Dean, Deanna Dean, Judy Wormstadt, Kara Wormstadt, Jaslyn Swearingen, Ayla and Destiny Moe, and guest quilters, Jean Wormstadt and Gwen Effling.
Once again the group had a productive evening arranging blocks for four quilts, layering two quilts and tying five quilts. The young girls took turns sewing rows of blocks for a baby quilt.
Anyone is welcome to come and quilt with the group. Just let Judy Wormstadt know, and she will contact you when they plan to meet again.
