Letcher Legion Auxiliary President Sandi Ruml presented a certificate from the SD State American Legion to Cameron Edwards for her first place Poppy Poster in her age group and grade in the state.
Her poster was sent on to national competion in the northwest division. Cami received a certificate from the state and a check for $10 from the Letcher Auxiliary.
She is the daughter of Kyle and Stephanie Edwards of Letcher and will be a fourth grader at Sanborn Central this fall.
