Donald Moe has been selected to represent the Letcher American Legion Tormey-Stach Post #93 as Legionnaire of the Year. He was a Korean War Veteran and has been a member of the Legion for over 63 years. He has held many offices including Post Commander several times and was Sanborn County Commander for 25 years. He received the Go-Getter award for obtaining new members every year for 50 years.
