Karlo Kesary and Kassondra Peterson, both 32, of Woonsocket, were indicted Aug. 1 by a Sanborn County Grand Jury on four counts each of possession and distribution of drugs.
Kesary and Peterson were each charged with distribution and possession of marijuana, Class 4 and 5 felonies, respectively,  and distribution and possession of a controlled substance, also Class 4 and 5 felonies, respectively.
The pair were arrested May 25 and will next appear in Sanborn County Court on Aug. 29
A Class 4 felony is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $20,000. A Class 5 felony carries the maximum punishment of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
