Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning and Zoning Board at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, April 9th, 2018, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County courthouse in Woonsocket, for a Variance request.

This meeting is to discuss a variance for the N/2 lots 1-6; Blk 41, Woonsocket. The request is for a rear yard of fourteen feet six inches (14’6”). Section 815 states that a rear yard of no less than twenty (20) feet is required.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
