The regular meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Richard Reider, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018, with the following members present: Darin Kilcoin, Derek Foos, Garret Foos, Arin Boschee and Joel Rassel. Brandon Goergen was absent.
Motion by Rassel, seconded by Kilcoin, to approve the agenda. Motion carried
Motion by D. Foos, seconded by Kilcoin, to approve the June 4, 2018, minutes. Motion carried.
Motion by Boschee, seconded by G. Foos, to approve the Financial Statement. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS
Council discussed cars that are not following the Nuisance Ordinance in town. A list will be compiled and Weber will send letters out.
Council discussed the Mason Building.
Council discussed the campground. The north campground by the lake the electrical needs to be updated. All spots need to have crushed concrete added to them.
Council discussed Dakota Pump.
Council discussed trimming trees.
Council discussed July 4th festivities.
Council discussed the cemetery policy.
Council discussed several items that need to get painted. List included: Bridge, Depot, and Park Benches.
NEW BUSINESS
Council discussed the 2019 budget.
Motion by Rassel, seconded by Kilcoin to approve an additional $1,000.00 for the Sanborn County Police. City of Woonsocket will be paying $21,000.00 per year for law enforcement. Motion carried.
Council discussed Agtegra Fertilizer Shed. It will be allowed to be taken to the dumpgrounds according to our permit. Weber will work with the State to assure all the rules are followed.
Council discussed the headstones at the cemetery.
Council discussed the shop work list.
Council discussed bathroom facilities options at the lake.
With no further business to be discussed, motion by D. Foos, seconded by G. Foos, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
