NOTICE OF SALE
1. By virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the Clerk of Courts in and for Sanborn County, South Dakota, upon a Judgment rendered on December 19, 2017, and docketed in said Court on December 19, 2017, in the above entitled action, said Judgment being in favor of the Plaintiff, Farm Credit Services of America, PCA, and against Defendant, Jolene Charlotte Enfield, for the sum of $23,479.81, which Execution was directed and delivered to me as Sheriff in and for Sanborn County, South Dakota, I have by virtue of the Judgment and Writ of Execution levied upon all of the right, title and interest of Defendant Jolene Charlotte Enfield, above named, in and to the following described real estate:
The East Half (E1/2) of Section Two (2), Township One Hundred Five (105) North, Range Sixty-two (62), West of the 5th P.M., Sanborn County, South Dakota.
2. Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Sheriff, as aforesaid, will sell the above described real property to the highest bidder for cash at public auction, at the front door of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket, South Dakota, on February 21, 2019, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. (CST), on that day to satisfy the said Execution and Judgment, together with interest and costs thereon.
3. The premises will be sold as one contiguous unit.
4. So far as can be determined from the records of the Sanborn County Register of Deeds and Clerk of Courts, there are no prior liens of record, except for 2018 real property taxes due in 2019 in the amount, as of January 3, 2019, of $4,051.32, and persons interested are referred to the records of the Register of Deeds and Clerk of Courts for further details.
