The Special Meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Richard Reider at 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 16, 2019, with the following members present: Joel Rassel, Darin Kilcoin, Arin Boschee, Brandon Goergen, Garret Foos and Derek Foos.

Motion by Rassel, seconded by Goergen, to approve the Agenda. Motion carried.

Council discussed drainage for the highway by the Spirit of Faith Church. Richard Jensen, Tara Weber and Richard Reider met with the engineer from the state and the proposal to update under the highway will not be an option due to the amount of financial burden it would put on the City. Jensen will be looking a re-routing the water.

Council discussed a mower. Motion by G. Foos, seconded by D. Foos to approve the purchase of a 60-inch Hustler Super Z Rear Discharge with Flex Forks from Doug’s Custom Paint and Body in the amount of $10,790.29. Motion carried. Darin Kilcoin voted No. 

With no further business to be discussed, motion by D. Foos, seconded by Boschee, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
