SUMMONS

The State of South Dakota sends greetings to the above named Defendants;

You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, which was filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, at the city of Woonsocket, in Sanborn County, South Dakota, on the 5th day of October, 2022, and which prays for a judgment quieting title to the real property hereinafter described according to the respective rights of the persons interested therein, which real property is situated in Sanborn County, to-wit:

Lots Twenty-one (21), Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), and Twenty-four (24), Block Three (3), Dunn’s Addition to the City of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota.

and to serve a copy of your answer to said Complaint on the undersigned at his law office in the city of Woonsocket, Sanborn County, South Dakota within thirty (30) days after the completed service of this Summons on you, exclusive of the day of service; and if you fail to answer said Complaint within that time, judgment by default may be rendered against you as requested in the Complaint.
