The Town of Artesian Council met on December 5, 2012 in regular session in the Artesian Community Center. Council member Effling called the meeting to order with council member Danek, Finance Officer Ebersdorfer and Tom Fridley present.
The minutes of the November 7, 2012 meeting were read. Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by  Effling. Motion carried. Finance Officer reports were read and approval of vouchers. Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Effling. Motion carried.
