BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOONSOCKET, SOUTH DAKOTA
SECTION 1.  That the wage of the Finance Officer shall be fixed and he or she shall receive the sum of Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Eight dollars ($29328.00) per Annum.
SECTION 2.  That the Finance Officer shall receive the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per special meeting of the City Council.
SECTION 3.  This Ordinance shall take effect and be retroactive effective as of January 1, 2013 after its second passage and publication as provided by law.
