On Oct. 8, Catherine Bechen of Letcher hit a calf with a 1999 Ford F250. There was $2,800 in damages to the pick-up and about $1000 loss on the calf.
On Oct. 12, Josephine Hauge of Huron ran into a calf with a 10 Dodge Caliber, dealing $6,000 worth of damages to the vehicle and $800 loss on the calf.
On Oct. 15, Keith Ross of Artesian collided his 1993 Chevy Corsica with a boat trailer and boat belonging to Wesley Fergen of Huron. Damages totaling $800 were done to the car, and $6000 worth of damages were dealt to the boat and trailer.
On Oct. 19, John Olinger and Josh Pearson, both of Woonsocket, both collided with deer.  Olinger’s 2013 Chevy Silverado took $7000 worth of damage, and Josh Pearson’s 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix was left with $1500 worth of damages.
