The Town of Artesian Council met on December 2, 2015, in regular session at the Artesian Community Center. Council Member Effling called the meeting to order with Council Member Danek and Richard present. Finance Officer Steele present. T. Fridley present.
The minutes of the November 4, 2015, meeting were read; motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Richard; motion carried. Finance Officer reports were read and approval of vouchers; Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Richard; motion carried. Following vouchers were presented for the month:
