Sanborn County Commissioners met in regular session on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman Ebersdorfer presiding.  Other members present were:  S. Larson, Ohlrogge, Blindauer, and P. Larson.   Also present was Auditor Larson.  Motion by Blindauer, seconded by Ohlrogge, to accept the minutes as presented.  All ayes.  Motion carried.
HIGHWAY: Lee Goergen, Highway Superintendent/Weed Supervisor, and Sheri Kogel, administrative assistant, reported on purchasing a trailer to haul equipment.   Snow removal and wages were also discussed.
RELEASE LIEN: Auditor Larson requested the board release a lien against Justin Mahrt. The man is deceased with no estate.  Motion by P. Larson, seconded by Blindauer, to release the lien in the amount of $750.00.  All ayes.  Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE: Motion by S. Larson, seconded by Ohlrogge, to approve the following liquor licenses:
John Doren – Retail (On-Sale) Liquor and Package (Off Sale) Liquor – DBA/Doren’s Bar.
Twin Lakes Resort –– Retail (On-Sale) Liquor –  Allan Tiede
Country Pumper  – Retail (On-Sale) Wine – DBA/Alt Enterprises
All Ayes.  Motion carried.
TRANSFER FUNDS: Motion by Ohlrogge, seconded by P. Larson, to transfer $10,468.00  from general fund to Emergency Management and $397,392 from general to Road & Bridge.  All ayes.  Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: Motion by S. Larson, seconded by P. Larson, to enter into executive session at 11:05 a.m.  to discuss personnel.   All ayes.  Motion carried.  Chairman Ebersdorfer declared an end to executive session at 11:25 a.m.
