Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hoffman, Knutson, and Meier in attendance.
A motion was made by Knutson, seconded by Hoffman, carried, to approve the February minutes as read.
A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Knutson, carried, to approve the financials as presented.
Old Business: Discussion was held about the Community Center Rent. The new rent for the Community Center is $50.00 for showers, $100.00 for family reunions and larger groups. On larger groups there will be a deposit of $100.00. A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Knutson, carried, to approve the new rental rates for the Community Center.
New Business: An equalization meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 21, at 7:00.
Discussion was held about DMR’s and Chada will follow up.
Discussion was held about the survey of the Drinking Water System. Information was going to be given to Jim.
Discussion was talked about with the floors at the community center. They are ready to be waxed. Knutson was going to call and get this scheduled.

GENERAL: Menards $751.85 addition; Brooks Oil $686.80 propane; NorthWestern Energy $279.88 Community Center, $410.73 street, $18.67 parks; Santel Communications $102.53 office, $81.55 Community Center; Miedema Sanitation $136.00; Fire Reserve $2,100.00 dues, payroll $932.97; Morgan Theeler $429.00 lawyer fees.
The next board meeting will be held on April 11th, 2016 at the City Office.
