Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hoffman, Knutson, and Meier in attendance.
A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Knutson, carried, to approve the May 4th, 2016 minutes as read.
A motion was made by Knutson, seconded by Hoffman, carried, to approve the financials as presented.
Old Business: SPN is sending a new bill for the lagoon project.
New Business: Met with Barb from CorInsurance. She is doing some updating on insurance and will be setting up a meeting to go over the changes made on the insurance.
Discussion was held about the dock at Letcher Lake.
Discussion was held about the concession area at the ballpark.  The Town of Letcher will be purchasing the supplies and the Letcher Summer Youth parents will be building the concession stand.
A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Knutson, carried, to approve the following claims for payment:
Water/Sewer: Menards $334.33 supplies, Hawkins $702.00 supplies for lagoon, Brooks Oil $113.83 fuel for lagoon, Davison Rural Water $2,049.30 water bill, TC Enterprises $246.43 pump for lagoon, Department of Revenue $128.00 samples, Ed Hoffman $292.61 lost time;
General:  Menards $1,074.97 supplies for concession stand, Sanborn Weekly Journal $40.00 renewal, Department of Revenue $300.00 liquor license, Ed Hoffman $161.61 payroll – West Nile, Mark Chada $147.76 – payroll – West Nile, Larry Lyle $169.08 payroll – mowing.
The next board meetings will be held on June 7th, 2016 and June 28th, 2016 at the City Office.
