Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:20 a.m. on September 11, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a Conditional Use for a lean to addition to a pole garage of 1,944 sq. ft. on lots 19-21; Blk 113 1st Addn., Woonsocket. Section 807 states that Large Garages, Accessory buildings and Storage buildings between 1,200 and 2,400 sq. ft. must have a Conditional Use. The Conditional Use is for Richard and Joyce Zell.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for lots 19-21; Blk 113 1st Addn. Woonsocket for total square footage of pole garage to be 2,808. The Variance request is needed as the building is larger than 2,400 sq. ft.
