ORDER FOR TRIAL AND NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

This matter having come before this Court upon the Defendant’s Motion to Schedule a Trial and Petition for Publication of Notice in the above referenced cause of matter; the Court having considered all matters with regard to said hearing; having considered the Affidavit of Diligent Search filed in support thereof and all of the records on file herein, and having found good cause;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter shall come before the Court for a trial on all issues relating to the above entitled divorce action on the 7th day of October, 2019, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the Sanborn County Courthouse, located in Woonsocket, South Dakota.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of said trial shall be given by publishing this Order for Trial and Notice by Publication in the Sanborn Weekly Journal, a legal newspaper published in the County of Petitioner’s last known residence, for four (4) successive weeks next prior to the time set for such trial.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that such notice shall be deemed good, sufficient and legal notice of said trial.
