You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Ron J. Volesky, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 356 Dakota Avenue S., Huron, South Dakota 57350, an answer to the Complaint which herewith served upon you within thirty (30) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The Plaintiff makes no personal claim against you in this action.
That the Summons and Complaint dated September 20th, 2012 were filed in the Sanborn County Clerk of Courts Office in Woonsocket, South Dakota on September 20th 2012.
