Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Planning Commission at 9:15 a.m. on January 7th, 2013, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse at Woonsocket, SD.
The public hearing is to discuss a conditional use for Scott Supply, Mitchell, SD, to erect a 100-foot GPS tower for RTK GPS correction signals, at Fredrichs Tract A, being that portion of the NE/4 lying north of SD Highway 34, and the remaining portion of Lot 3 of Lot R16 in the NE/4 Section 34, 107N, R61W, of the 5th P.M., Sanborn County, South Dakota.
