The regular meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Lindy Peterson at 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2013 in the Woonsocket City Council Room with the following members present: Richard Reider, Richard Regynski, John Ames, Jim Steichen and Brandon Goergen. Don Schmidt was absent.
Motion by Ames, seconded by Steichen, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Reider, seconded by Goergen, to enter into a meeting of a Local Board of Equalization at 7:03 p.m.
Motion by Regynski, seconded by Ames, to recommend changing the valuation from $127,701.00 to $86,614.00.  Motion carried.
Motion by Ames, seconded by Steichen, to adjourn meeting as the local board of equalization at 7:32 p.m. Motion carried.
With no further business to be discussed, motion by Reider, seconded by Steichen, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
