The regular meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Lindy Peterson at 7:00 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2014 with the following members present: Richard Regynski, Don Schmidt, Brandon Goergen and Richard Reider. John Ames and Jim Steichen were absent.
Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Reider, to approve the agenda.  Motion carried.
Motion by Goergen, seconded by Regynski, to approve the December 2, 2013 minutes. Motion carried.

Election was set for April 8th at the community center. The following offices are up for election:

Discussion Items:
Department of Transportation Request for Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement for Project P 0034(00)327PCN01BH. Council approved agreement and signed.
