The Town of Artesian Council met on March 4, 2015 in regular session at the Artesian Community Center. Council Member Effling called the meeting to order with Council Members Danek and Richard, Finance Officer Ebersdorfer and T. Fridley present.
The minutes of the February 4, 2015 meeting were read. Motion to approve by Danek, seconded by Richard, motion carried. Motion by Danek, seconded by Richard, to approve the Financial Statement and approval of vouchers as presented by Ebersdorfer. Motion carried.

Old Business:
Sewer/garbage: Reviewed accounts receivable and discussion was held on past due accounts.
Pool: Looking for a lifeguard.
New Business: Equalization meeting will be held March 16, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Artesian Community Center. Motion by Richard, seconded by Danek, to accept the December 31, 2014 year-end financial statements. Motion carried. No election to be held for 2015 year.
The next meeting will be April 1, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at the Artesian Community Center.
