Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Jonathan and Susan Kalb, for a Variance for the NW/4 exc. Kalb Tract 1 28-106-62. The variance is for platting less than 20 acres. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance #1537 states that it is unlawful for any person to subdivide, layout, transfer or record lands less than twenty (20) acres.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
