Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:40 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Todd Brueske, for Lots 18-27; Blk 21 OP, Woonsocket. The variance is for 16’ sidewall for a 60’ x 100’ shed. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance states that no accessory buildings shall have a side wall height greater than 14’.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:10 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Brian Pauly, for Lots 22-24: Blk 50 OP, Woonsocket.  The variance is for building an accessory building closer than 10’ from the lot line. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance states that no accessory buildings shall have a side yard less than 10’.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket.
Meeting is to discuss a variance for Jeff Poyer, for Lots 7-8 & a 16’x50’ strip in W/2 thru middle of Blk 51 OP, Woonsocket. The variance is for erecting an accessory building closer than 10’ from the lot line. Sanborn County’s existing ordinance states that no accessory buildings shall have a side yard less than 10’.
