NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:05 a.m. on August 7, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket
Meeting is to discuss a Conditional Use for owners to occupy their RV/camper for more than 14 days. Sanborn County’s Zoning Section 1525; Camping Units states that No camping unit as defined herein shall be parked and occupied upon a lot and not within a designated campground for a period greater than fourteen (14) days within a calendar year unless a Conditional Use is obtained prior to occupying said camping unit on the fifteenth or greater day. This section shall apply whether the camping unit is placed for a continuous period or intermittently throughout a calendar year. The Conditional Use application is for the site located at Lot 1 Blk 34 OP Woonsocket, for Steve and Mary Dammann.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
