The regular meeting of the Woonsocket City Council was called to order by Mayor Lindy Peterson, Monday, June 5, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., with the following members present: Darin Kilcoin, Richard Reider, Brandon Goergen, Derek Foos, Jim Steichen; Joel Rassel, absent.
Motion by Goergen, seconded by Foos, to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Motion by Steichen, seconded by Goergen, to approve the May 1, 2017 minutes. Motion carried.
Motion by Kilcoin, seconded by Foos, to approve the financial statement. Motion carried.

Motion by Foos, seconded by Steichen, motion carried, to change the bank signature cards to read the following:

Council discussed the Water Pump.
Council discussed the West Nile Grant. Weber filled out an application.
Motion by Goergen, seconded by Steichen, to approve the 2018 membership to Planning District III. Motion carried.
Motion by Foos, seconded by Goergen, to approve a Temporary Liquor License for Skeeters to serve at the City Park for a Wedding Dance June 30th. Motion carried.
Motion by Kilcoin, seconded by Reider, to approve a Temporary Liquor License for Skeeters to serve at the Community Center for the Alumni Banquet July 3rd. Motion carried

Council discussed the Fourth of July Schedule. Motion by Foos, seconded by Steichen, to block off Dumont Avenue for the Street Dance/Fire Department Ball July 1st. Motion carried.

With no further business to be discussed, motion by Steichen, seconded by Reider, to adjourn the meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
