Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Commissioners acting as Board of Adjustment at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, in the Commissioners Room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket, for a Variance request.

This meeting is to discuss a variance for the N/2 Lots 1-6; Blk 41, Woonsocket. The request is for a rear yard of fourteen feet six inches (14’6”). Section 815 states that a rear yard of no less than twenty (20) feet is required.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
