Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Sanborn County Zoning Board at 9:05 a.m. on September 11, 2017, in the Commissioners room, second floor of the Sanborn County Courthouse in Woonsocket
Meeting is to discuss a Variance regarding Section 1215, Minimum Yard Requirements.
The landowners of Lot 1; Blk 34 OP Woonsocket are requesting to reduce the side yard requirement of 25’ and the front yard requirement of 75’ for placement of a carport. The Variance is for Steve and Mary Dammann.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend this hearing.
