Mayor Chada called the meeting to order with Hoffman, Larson, and Meier in attendance. 

A motion was made by Larson, seconded by Hoffman, carried, to approve February 5th, 2019, minutes as read.

A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Larson, carried, to approve the financials as presented.

Old Business: Discussion was held on the cell phone tower update. Paperwork has been sent in, and the board is waiting to hear back. 

Discussion was held on the water sample report.  

New Business: Discussion was held on past due accounts.  

Discussion was held on street lights that are not working in town.  Numbers will be gotten off poles to call Northwestern and have them come replace bulbs that are not working. 

A motion was made by Hoffman, seconded by Larson, carried, to approve the following claims for payment: 

General AND WATER/SEWER:  Sanborn Weekly Journal – $183.74 – Advertising Minutes, Hoffman Digging & Well Repair – $5,078.63 – Snow Removal/Reimbursing for Snow Plow Parts, Davison Rural Water – $2,150.70 – Water Used, NorthWestern Energy – $769.74: Water Valve – $10.58, Lift station – $81.48, Street Lights – $229.82, Lagoon – $15.00, Rossy Park – $25.75, Community Center – $204.33, and Water Plant – $202.78, Brooks Oil – $138.68 – Fuel for Snow Plow, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield – $2,242.25.

The next board meeting will be held on March 5th, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.
